Georgia Tech Forms a Green Partnership with CareerEco

The Georgia Tech EcoCAR team is very excited about its new partnership with CareerEco. The team’s Outreach Coordinator, Kary Winkler, met with the Founder of CareerEco, Gayle Oliver-Plath last week to discuss the current partnership between the two eco-friendly initiatives. CareerEco is a virtual recruiting platform, online job search community, and business network for socially conscious jobseekers interested in mobilizing their career into the cleantech, sustainability, and green job markets. “Gayle is an eco-force to be reckoned with,” says Kary. “She is in enabling environmentally-aware and sustainability-minded job seekers to be recruited by employers with similar values from the comfort of their personal computers!” CareerEco is actively spreading the word about EcoCAR, its sponsors, and the Georgia Tech team’s educational initiatives. Be on the lookout for great things to come from this powerful partnership!
