1. Take a Class
Several Penn State-University Park courses have traditionally been associated with the Advanced Vehicle Technology team and their projects. These courses are Mechanical Engineering courses, ME 442W and ME 443W, 400-level design courses that can fulfill senior design requirements, and Mechanical Engineering 097S (M E), a freshman seminar that was first offered in the spring of 2006. We encourage interested students to visit the university registrar’s Schedule of Courses to check course availability.
2. Get in Touch
If you’re a student or community member and would like to get involved without taking a class, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to use "Penn State Advanced Vehicle Team" or "EcoCAR 3" in your subject line.
We’re always looking for new ways to help our community and spread the idea of sustainability and talk about our vehicles.
If you know of any outreach opportunities that you would like to share with us let us know!
Our efforts can take a heavy financial toll on our pockets, and we’re always looking for new sponsors. If you would like to help us out or know someone who would, please feel free to contact us. Every little bit counts and is always appreciated!
